Orders can be placed 24/7 through the GreenGains app or website, subject to our counter operating hours and item availability.

As soon as your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation notification via app and/or email/SMS.

Orders are processed instantly. Items are prepared fresh upon confirmation—no pre-prepared or batch items unless explicitly mentioned.

2. Collection Policy

GreenGains does not provide delivery. All orders must be collected directly from our counter at the store location.

Please visit the store within the specified pickup time. You will be notified via app or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

All meals are freshly packed in food-grade, sealed containers designed to retain temperature and avoid leaks or spills.

Our team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols during meal preparation and packaging.

If you notice any damage or issue with packaging at pickup, please notify our staff immediately.

4. Missed or Failed Pickup

Orders not collected within the specified pickup window may be marked as unclaimed and canceled.

Refunds for unclaimed orders will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
